Note on Supplier Packaging:
In some cases, we may keep the original supplier packaging for practical reasons, such as ensuring the best protection for your items or to avoid excessive repacking. While the packaging used by our suppliers may vary, we always aim to select the most eco-friendly options available.
Carbon Footprint and Offsetting
We recognise that our operations, including shipping and packaging, contribute to our carbon footprint. To help offset this, we’ve partnered with TreeApp to plant a tree for every order placed. This initiative helps balance out some of the emissions from shipping, while supporting reforestation projects globally.
Returns with Responsibility
Our global network of local return hubs combines effortless returns with reduced environmental impact. Where possible, we partner with charities to donate unused items, recycle materials, and support community programs—turning every return into an opportunity for good.
